Rosalina - Smash bros Edition

I have to admit because working on this image was very very difficult. I had to duplicate her 4 times to have the radial motion blur to exist. The colors on her dress was difficult as well because i tied so hard to give the chameleon color effects. One side it supposed to be Turquois while the other is dark green.
